1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays).

  • During peak promotional seasons or times of high order volume, shipments may experience a slight delay. If we anticipate a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you promptly via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer a simple and transparent shipping structure. Shipping charges for your order will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Destinations

  • Our standard shipping currently covers the entire United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

  • At this time, we only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours. You can track your package anytime using the link provided in the email or by visiting the official website of our carrier partners (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).

5. Taxes

For U.S. domestic orders, applicable state sales tax will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and current local tax laws.

6. Damages & Lost Packages

  • Damaged Packages: If your package or item arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us within 3 business days. We will assist you in filing a claim and initiating an investigation with the carrier.
